1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, private consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.

2. Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused.
- Remain in original condition.
- Include original packaging.
- Include all accessories, labels, and documentation.
Products damaged through misuse or handling beyond inspection purposes will not qualify for a full refund.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customized products.
- Made-to-order products.
- Products manufactured according to customer specifications.
- Individually engraved or marked products.
- Personalized items.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return results from a manufacturing defect or shipping error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, AITOR KNIVES S.L. will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including replacement, repair, or refund.
7. Business Orders (B2B)
Orders placed by companies, distributors, government agencies, military organizations, or professional buyers are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Age Restrictions and Legal Compliance
The purchase of knives, folding knives, bayonets, and cutting tools is restricted to individuals who meet the minimum legal age requirements in their jurisdiction.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, ownership, possession, transportation, importation, and use of the products comply with applicable laws.
